We are located right downtown, and our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
There is a beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1.- November 1.) including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect al fresco meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, wireless access and availability of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, CNN, FOX, E, Bravo, HGTV, TLC, History, A&E, USA, Travel, and much more.

The unit is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size at check-in for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy St. Augustine
This was a great property. We easily walked all over, and its located between two trolly stops so no need to drive around and worry about parking. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking and morning coffee. The pool and patio were also very lovely for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We were very happy with the condition of our rental. The apartment was very clean and everything was in good order. They supplied everything we needed. It also had an excellent outdoor pool and seating area. The location was surprisingly quiet and we would definitely stay there again!

Great stat in St Augustine
This VRBO was a very good stay for us. The designated parking was appreciated. The location worked well for us, as we were able to walk to three restaurants we wanted to check out, and to other attractions. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The pool area is very nice and enjoyable in the hot weather. Check in and out worked well. We briefly met Kirsten and she is very nice. We hope to return again.

Location, location!
Lovely property, impeccably clean, with beautiful private pool an added plus. Property owner is accommodating and accessible. The Lincolnville neighborhood location is easily walkable to historic downtown shops and restaurants, St. Augustine distillery, San Sebastián winery, and also a local corner brewery with live entertainment. Neighborhood is eclectic and rich with history. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such a cute place to stay for a weekend away. It was clean and comfy. The owner was very nice and the pool was perfect on this hot weekend. It is a fairly short walk to the historic area. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Great history for the area. Kirsten & Michael were more than gracious hosts providing all essentials needed for the beginning of our stay. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is still our favorite in St. Augustine. It's a very comfortable house, we love the pool area, the location is great for walking - we rarely move our car when there. The landlords are quick to respond to any communication. We definitely hope to return for future vacations.

This place was much roomier than I expected! The bedrooms are not large, but the living room and kitchen were spacious. We were so incredibly happy to see that there was coffee, cream and sugar upon our arrival! It was a long day driving and we didn’t want to have to hit the grocery. This space was walkable for my husband and I. Didn’t need to drive much once we arrived. Enjoyed the walk through those tight, historic streets. Just an adorable historic district. Loved sitting by the pool in the evening with a glass of wine. Host was very quick with responses. I would rent this again in a second.

The property is clean, well equipped and located close enough to downtown that my wife and could comfortably walk everywhere (we are 63 and 57 and in average shape). Beautiful private pool area but we were unable to use it. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent place and location. There is a reason this place gets so many great reviews. The apartment is clean and thoughtfully well-stocked. The outside area with the pool is beautiful and very comfortable to hang out in after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is larger than we expected and actually nicer than the photos reflect. The listing was completely accurate. Michael and Kirsten are great hosts & respond quickly to questions. We really enjoyed our stay and will be repeat customers next time we are in the area!

We have stayed in Kirsten’s properties before and love them. She is responsive and helpful. The property was clean, spacious and perfect for my partner and I. It would also be good for a family. Great staycation!!
The space was larger than I thought it was gonna be, which was a pleasant surprise. The extra bedroom made things a lot more comfortable. The outside area was amazing and thanks so much for the citronella candles. They really came in handy since the mosquitoes in Florida are so vicious. We really enjoyed the heated pool. One other extra that was very nice was the coffee filters, creamer, laundry detergent, and many more things that I don’t get at most places i stay. I will definitely be saving this, VRBO and I will probably be visiting again soon! Overall, it was wonderful!! The walk to the downtown area was not very far at all.
