Perfect location and condo

I stayed for two weeks. The owners are very easy to work with - they respond to questions quickly. They were kind enough to give a tour of the facilities. The surrounding area is beautiful - plenty of wildlife. Great place to walk! Very safe. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The condo is close to everything in the Jacksonville and St Augustine areas. We will be back next summer for a longer stay!Thecondo has everything you need!

Quiet, peaceful, and serene

Property owners are gracious and professional. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The community is so peaceful and safe. A perfect retreat for a couple, a single's quiet getaway, or for business traveler's who want to unwind after a hectic day. There are plenty of amenties too, if that is your desire; pools, waking trail, fitness center, and on-site golf club restaurant. Have no second thoughts about staying at this property.

Perfect Getaway!

This beautiful, spacious and very comfortable studio was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and more! The Laterra grounds are beautiful and the amenities plentiful. Our host Al was remarkable, he even offered to pick us up at the airport when our car rental wasn’t available! I would not hesitate to visit again.

These are some of the greatest folks walking this Earth. Timely, efficient, kind, wholesome, and truly take pride in what they do. I haven’t experienced a better start than here. Very comfortable

Hosts were awesome, unit well stocked. Bed very comfortable and very quiet surroundings. The plaza very close by has several restaurants and stores. We were here to visit nearby family so we did not attend tourist attractions but they are close by if you wish too. We will definitely return.

St. Augustine better than hotel stay

Wonderful place for 1-2 people. Super accomadations, very clean, comfortable bed, large room. No stove but has mini frig, microwave, dishes and Al and Modonna think of everything you need even coffee and snacks. Located near best resturants, grocery stores, and outlet mall. Excellent location with lots to do. Especially loved the pools and beach.

Suite at Laterra

We stayed 4 nights in a suite. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy with a mini kitchenette. There is a window which overlooks a walkway but no balcony. The Laterra property is beautifully maintained. Al was very responsive and also gave us a tour of the property and amenities on arrival. I used the fitness center each day. The lounge chairs by the pool fill up quickly! Our main purpose of the trip was to visit St. Augustine. We also visited the Golf Hall of Fame. We enjoyed our visit!

First time using a VRBO, not sure any future ones will top. Al and Madonna’s property is wonderful only outdone by their hospitality. The beautiful property immediately showed off as we arrived at the grand entrance. We were then quickly joined by our host who provided us with a personal tour of the impressive property and amenities. Additionally, our host and hostess provided us a list of their favorite restaurants, service entities, etc. for our reference during the trip — we found these useful again and again. The accommodations were everything anticipated and more — the king size bed was comfortable; the linens top notch; and bath sheets were luxurious and much appreciated. The property was incredibly maintained, lush, and the pool area and pool were spectacular (nice beach towels were provided for our use during the stay). Restaurant and grocery store or just minutes away when needed. ***We Highly recommend this property!!
