Front desk lady was not much help
The lights were flashing from a fire alarm the day before so their fire system was not working properly. The lady at the front desk appeared somewhat confused and was no help.

It's a decent hotel
The hotel is one I use regularly. There is a good Italian restaurant on the top floor and it's reasonably priced. The hotel is centrally located to my main interest of visiting the area They only service the room 1x every 3 days.
