Beautiful place to stay. The staff was wonderful. Very clean with a wonderful area to walk to restaurants and other places. Very convenient. The only surprising thing was the mattress. It was more like an air matress and wasn't as comfortable.

This is the most beautiful hotel to stay in. The staff is AWESOME and it has everything around it . Things to do , places to eat etc.

While the hotel is located in a very decent and attractive area, the hotel property is certainly a bit dated and could use a fresh code of paint and a few additional updates. While the room was pretty clean, the bed mattress was quite horrible and both my wife and I ended up with stiff backs each morning of our two night stay. No adjustability to the firmness whatsoever and the mattress was simply worn out and incredibly soft. The next point of critique would be the very outdated and super hard to adjust to one’s likings old AC unit. Analog dials and no real thermostat functionality. The AC did also not have an auto shutoff and ended up running all night at quite an annoying noise level. Last but not least, the “breakfast” (if you dare call it that) was an absolute joke. So, all in all, for how much they charge at this hotel, one should definitely expect more…

* mattress was extremely soft, bouyant as a boat in water or air. * only 1 washcloth provided for 2 people • hot tub closed, then when opened was poor. The foot space or coating was very rough, only warm as a bathtub, jets were pretty nonexistent And noisy under the floor . Would probably not return if ever in the area. Area seemed high end neighborhood. Just try harder, get out of your office, and really look at the facility, fixing issues before they are.

Free parking all around and garage parking but not exclusively for guests. Property is beautiful, theater just across the street. Police station close so is a safe area. But I didn’t see a lot of walkable eateries

Ned was too soft for my liking and the TV is in a wooden frame so I couldn’t access the HDMI ports to use my firestick but the hotel is extremely clean and quiet which is most important.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On par with experiences I would only expect from Hilton, except cheaper. Parking is free and convenient. The room was spacious and classy. The bed had us stuck laying around/sleeping for 12 hours straight, so we missed out on the pool, but it looked nice. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean. We plan on returning.

I was expecting a little bit better workout facility. We stayed there for 7 days and there was a room with a broken down treadmill, a rowing machine, a stationary bike, and a barbell with some plastic weights on them. The least you could do is have a rack of dumbells and a workout bench? I think you actually might get more customers if you invested a few hundred dollars to improve the workout facility.
