I’ve stay at The Edge every other weekend and this time was not the best. They hit me with $33 more at check in for breakfast which was never the best. Need to step that up people. The fireball shot at 9 was not the same as always. Remote didn’t work in the room and was stuck on a boring channel. Called to get a new one and took over an hour. Wanted to watch a game and told them and still took an hour. Was very disappointed this time. The new bartender up on the roof was there to talk to others and not serve. I never write bad reviews but this one made me mad. Spending $400 on a hotel and being disappointed is never fun. Vending machine on 7th floor wasn’t even there. Can’t get a snack anywhere. Vending doesn’t take cards. Upgrade that would be nice. But I always have fun there. The views are top notch. The food is good. The pools are great. Everything is walking distance. But it’s safe to say, I might be changing hotels next time and give another a chance.

This hotel was super clean. The breakfast options were plentiful and varied. I did not like paying for a resort fee since the hotel was not on the beach. We had to walk to get to the beach. There were no water sports or activities. There were no classes or activities at the pool. No spa. Their idea of amenities were including breakfast, towels, parking and other things that should be part of your nightly stay in a hotel.

We had a great quick getaway. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was heated which was nice as the wind was chilly. The rooftop bar was fun and had live music. We even saw a shooting star!

Pretty sad as there were a lot of problems we experienced many broken or out of service items - elevators in our wing were OFF, safety door from garage to units was wide open, shower valves didn’t work properly. Additionally staff was either rude or indifferent on even the most trivial engagements. It’s a great property that desperately needs to be managed better.

The Edge was conveniently located to the Beach and shopping. Some really nice dining experiences nearby as well. We stayed 4 nights and thought the stay there was completely satisfactory.
