Great spot for a couple or a couple with children
This cute bungalow is ideal for a couple or a couple with children. The owner responded to all questions and concerns promptly and completely. The house is extremely well equipped and has plenty of space to unpack and spread out - more than some rentals with greater square feet! The outdoor space is wonderful too. The only knock we had was that the bathroom sinks have very low water flow and the showerhead in the second bath is quite low. Also, the 2nd bath is in the back of the house so going there from the bedroom requires going through the dining room and kitchen. It worked for us but may not for others.

There are so many cottages in the area, but this one is renovated very nicely, with great amenities, and a lovely yard... Anita was a great host & most helpful with any requests (bikes, tips for the area). Definitely recommend for shot and long stays

Wonderful little cottage
Wonderful house. Perfect for two couples but probably small for a family. Hosts were lovely and even left us a bottle of wine. St Pete is a wonderful town to visit and the cottage was close to everything, located in a quiet historical neighborhood. Felt very safe even late at night. The house was well stocked and check in and check out were a breeze. Would recommend this for a couple or four friends visiting downtown. Much nicer and more quiet than a hotel.

Cute house in historic St. Petersburg
Centrally located and a cute, comfortable space. The only challenge was a small second bedroom and the second bathroom being removed from the main living area. Otherwise, it is a lovely home.

Charming Classic home on quiet street
This was a very nice property that was beautifully decorated. It's located on a quiet residential street with easy highway access. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor seating area was great for hanging out in the evenings. My only complaint is a lack of ventilation: none of the windows could be opened, and there was no fan in the master bath. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We’ve been wanting to visit St. Pete to experience the shopping and restaurants. Looked into a fun place to stay and found this cozy cottage. It’s everything as described and more. Definitely recommend this for fun and romance. Easy walking to multiple restaurants and parks. Downtown is only a short Uber away. Owner’s are super responsive and very knowledgeable. Thanks.

Wedding weekend
We had an amazing stay for my daughter’s wedding. The host left us a bottle of Prosecco, a card, and even allowed us to have an early check in to be at the rehearsal. The house had lots of extra fans and blankets and every thing we needed in the kitchen. She was also very fast to respond to all my questions. Highly recommended!

Charming Bungalow!
We went to St Pete to visit family and this home was the perfect place to stay. The house is lovely, very clean and the hosts welcomed us with handwritten notes. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants and downtown area. Overall a wonderful experience! We are grateful to Anita for her kindness and attentiveness.

Exactly what was advertised and MORE! Hosts Anita, Vikki and Tom ensured from the moment we entered this charming bungalow - every detail was covered. From the welcome message, to books, local information, very detailed instructions on how to operate the tv/remote control (LOL) and more - we had everything we needed to enjoy our family time together! Especially noteworthy was the kitchen - clean and well stocked for simply heating up a cup of coffee to preparing a full meal (if we wanted to!) - Thank you for a wonderful home away from home!

The property was lovely and very well appointed. Decorated impeccably with a really nice kitchen. The bedding was quite comfortable. It is located near downtown with shops and restaurants. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Anita and Tom (the hosts) have given great thought to making your stay "they way it should be". It is the little things. A bottle of wine on the counter; a case of water in the refrigerator; water filled in the coffee machine; stocked pantry of paper goods and snacks; a basket of socks for the cool evenings and more! The Historic Uptown neighborhood is charming in itself and is walkable to everything from the local coffee shop, tavern and restaurants; to the Dali Museum; to the Pier; to The Vinoy and the Park; to The Sunken Garden and much more.

Just what I was looking for!
Anita's charming and historic house was perfect for our needs. Everything was just as-advertised and we were very comfortable throughout our few days at the house. Check-in/out couldn't have been easier. Communication with Anita was simple and efficient. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was pretty low. Certainly not a deal-breaker, and pretty common in older homes. Thank you, Anita, for having us! :)
