This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at many. Music and parties from the pool area literally shake the hotel walls and permeate throughout. When this was brought to hotel management their response was “their hands are lied”. Wrong. Do better. This is a violation of public noise ordinances and horribly disrespectful to paying guests. The hotel permeates with musty smells in addition to the severe noise violations. The rooms are old and uncomfortable.

Wonderful Hotel!
Great hotel choice, it's right in the heart of downtown where you can walk around or catch the free hotel shuttle that takes you within 10 blocks of the hotel and will come pick you up! The service was amazing, the hotel room felt so cozy and clean, and again the location was perfect! This was the perfect choice and I will be back!

It’s a beautiful hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. Only complain I have was at can hear ponding from the upstairs room. It seemed like they were moving furniture around. The food from the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel staff was great and very accommodating. We arrived early and they already had our room ready and let us check in! The restaurant and pool were great. We enjoyed happy hour and the free water that the front desk offered us every day. Only complaint is the AC in the room wasn’t the best. We’d definitely come back!

This was a beautiful, conveniently located property with a trendy pool area. Even the stairwells had thought put into the decorations! My only complaint is that there was someone pacing back and forth on either the floor above us or in the laundry room on the other side of our wall at 4 am and becuase of the authentic old wooden floors (beautiful btw) we could hear every single step and it was loud enough to wake us up.

I love this hotel, my 2nd time here. The food at the Taproom is great, service from everyone is fantastic. Highly recommend this Hotel. Love the decor and rooms, very comfy bed and pillows.

This classic boutique hotel was staffed with the most lovely people. They are customer-centered and were responsive to every need. The food was also surprisingly good and the bar well stocked. It is walking distance/convenient to Beach Drive restaurants and other points of interest. We will be returning for another extended stay.
