Id like to start off with the pros My initial check in was 3pm. My family of 6 arrived from MI to st. Pete at around 12/1pm. I went inside where I was greeted with a smile by a lady I cant remember her name she was very kind and I had asked if we could check in early? With no hesitation she said yes let me check. While checking she asked where I was coming from just having small talk. I was able to check in and she told me the kids could get milk and cookies as well. She told me free breakfast times as well for each day I was there. The hotel was clean and the beds were like heaven. Pool was like warm bath water. (No hot tub) Lots of places to walk to (definitely not cheap) Only downside to my whole stay before coming i called and asked if there were ANY hidden fees or anything else that I needed to do. I was told nope looks like you’re all fine and ready to check in. Upon checking in i was hit with 122$ fee that i wasnt aware of. That fee included 22$for every night for parking and fees for the room. . Other than those fees everything else was fine!

Nice hotel! I stayed here with my family and enjoyed everything. Great location downtown and an easy walk to the pier. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast was good as well. Also the perfect hotel location if you are going to a show at Jannus Live, which across the street. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place
