BEAUTIFUL 1ST FLOOR BEACH & POOLSIDE STUDIO CONDO AT ST. PETE BEACH

This is a beautifully remodeled 1st floor STUDIO condo that is located beach side and pool side in the complex. Parking is FREE for our guests. The unit sleeps up to 4. It includes a KING size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. The unit boasts ceramic tile floors throughout and a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. The full-size refrigerator is great for keeping your drinks cool at the beach and the pool. The beautiful bathroom has a gorgeous ceramic tile shower. There is a large 50” HD TV with premier cable and high-speed wireless internet service, DVD player, and sound bar that can be used to connect music from your phone through Bluetooth or can be used with the TV or DVD player. Enjoy the heated pool right outside the unit. There is also a poolside shower to clean off those sandy toes. The beach can be seen from the front windows and is located directly across from the condo, approximately 100 feet away from the beautiful beach. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset or a morning breakfast at “Paradise Grill” on the beautiful Upham Beach, steps away and on one of the top-rated beaches in the world. It's a well-kept secret of St. Pete Beach. Or you can enjoy your coffee or meals poolside right outside the unit. Come and experience this gorgeous beach paradise while relaxing in this newly remodeled unit, tastefully decorated and well planned with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy! The unit includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag, cooler, beach toys, and more plus, the unit is on the ground level, so no messing with stairs to carry your beach gear up and down. You can clean off at the pool shower and jump in the pool after a hot day at the beach. It's very refreshing! This is a great unit for a romantic getaway or a “small family” vacation and can SLEEP 4. However, we do not recommend 4 adults because of the size. Come and enjoy our beautiful sunsets, serene sunrises, sun filled days and moonlit nights at this beautiful destination spot here at St. Pete Beach. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance on and off the beach, as well as shops on Corey Avenue and surrounding areas.

Mother’s Day getaway
My best friend and I had a wonderful time staying on St. Pete Beach and the condo was perfect for our 3 day trip. Everything was clean and we had plenty of supplies. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great! The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the access to the beach and swimming pool could t have been easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick Anniversary Get Away
Perfect little place for a beach get away. We live such busy lives we really just wanted to shut down for a few days. This trip allowed us to do just that! Right on the beach and close to nice restaurants. Pool was refreshing too.

Great property but minor hiccups
The owner and the property was great. Perfect location and good for two people. The only issue we had was the cleaning people didn't let us in on time and then pressured us to leave early. Thankfully the owner was quick and supportive as this wasn't really their fault.

Nice time at St. Pete’s!
The location and pool were wonderful and everyone was very friendly. There are many restaurants within walking distance and having the beautiful beach across the street was a definite plus especially since it is such a busy time of the year. The condo itself was adequate for two people and had everything you needed. Our only small criticism was that the bed was very soft , might be our preference or maybe needs updating. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jim and Mona!

We have stayed in this area for three years now. This vacation goes down as one of the best. Our studio condo was very roomy and in the very good location. The people in the condo complex were wonderful. We loved hanging out in the pool area with them. We would’ve gladly rented this again next year if it was available.

Paradise in St. Pete
The property is in an ideal location. The heated pool, the 2 minute walk to the beach, the local walking distance restaurants and farmers market, kite festival, sunset s, ease of driving to nearby areas, made even better by the friendly residents, who have happy hour daily at the pool area, all are welcome! We had an amazing vacation and hope to return

Cozy,clean and quiet!
This was a mom and daughter get away! The place was perfect for 2 people. Very clean and steps to the beach. The pool is well maintained and check in was easy. A great location with so many restaurants within walking distance. We easily found a parking spot right by the gate. We Highly recommend sunsets and pictures by the rocks.....and if you swim in the cove you will most likely see the Manatees!! Thank You So Much! This trip was Amazing!😊❤
