It includes a KING size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. The unit boasts ceramic tile floors throughout and a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. The full-size refrigerator is great for keeping your drinks cool at the beach and the pool. The beautiful bathroom has a gorgeous ceramic tile shower. There is a large 50” HD TV with premier cable and high-speed wireless internet service, DVD player, and sound bar that can be used to connect music from your phone through Bluetooth or can be used with the TV or DVD player. Enjoy the heated pool right outside the unit. There is also a poolside shower to clean off those sandy toes. The beach can be seen from the front windows and is located directly across from the condo, approximately 100 feet away from the beautiful beach. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset or a morning breakfast at “Paradise Grill” on the beautiful Upham Beach, steps away and on one of the top-rated beaches in the world. It's a well-kept secret of St. Pete Beach. Or you can enjoy your coffee or meals poolside right outside the unit. You can clean off at the pool shower and jump in the pool after a hot day at the beach. It's very refreshing! This is a great unit for a romantic getaway or a “small family” vacation and can SLEEP 4. However, we do not recommend 4 adults because of the size.
