The property offers a King bed in the primary bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the third bedroom and a Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our Sea Breeze rental home has a full kitchen, spacious and comfortable living room and a separate dining room as well. In addition, this lovely vacation home has a Florida room that opens onto the beautiful backyard with private pool.

Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.

This is ideal for family gatherings and barbeques, yet it's steps to the beach. This charming vacation rental is one of a kind in the Clearwater Beach area. It is located in the famous Carlouel subdivision, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Our beautiful home is only a short distance to restaurants, entertainment, Pier 60, and the Jolley Trolley stops close by.

Excellent stay
We had an amazing time at this location. The house was clean and had close access to the beach. The private pool and backyard definitely was a plus. Mona was efficient and helpful with booking and communication! We will definitely be back again to visit.

My husband and I booked here for 2 weeks. The first week it was just us and our dog. The second week we had 2 grand children & parents come. We loved using the small pool and the fenced yard & beautiful trees around the pool was a nice vibe. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe walking our dog and gawking at the beautiful houses. What a plus to be so close to the beach. Just a hop and skip and there awaited the ocean & sunrise. Plenty of pool toys were left & so nice to have so many beach towels. We did include heat for pool & everything worked great. They asked we fill the pool up daily due to evaporation but that was ok. The pavers around pool could use some updating. My husband fixed a few open spots. Having two refrigerators and 2 areas to eat was great too.The house is a bit dated & the kitchen small but ok by us. I am sad as I was hoping to rebook for next year and it shows already booked for our vaca time.

Amazing Gem
We absolutely loved our stay here. Not only is the house cozy and welcoming, it is literally not even a 5 minute walk from the front door step to picking a spot at the beach. Our favorite thing about this was, the house being far enough from the hotels so you can have your own private spot on the beach but still close enough to downtown. Mona our house manager was amazing. She was very responsive and attentive to us and any questions or concerns we had. Definitely will be booking to stay here again in the near future! 10/10 from us!!

Great beach house
We loved the property. We had 6 adults and 3 children and it exceed our expectations. The neighborhood was excellent and walk to the beach was super easy. The pool was small but the kids loved it. It was a great vacation.

Relaxing getaway! Clean and close to the beach!
We had such a wonderful vacation in this beautiful rental in a quiet neighborhood in north Clearwater Beach. The kitchen had anything we could have required for cooking. By having an instacart delivery on the first day, we really didn't have to leave unless we wanted to. Yes, the pool is smaller than most, but the water was warm, the landscaping beautiful and our party of six all enjoyed spending time relaxing in the water. We avoided renting a car by relying on the free beach transport (just tip the drivers) and walking everywhere else. You can even walk a couple miles along the shore to Caladesi Island state park if you go at low tide. Wish we didn't have to leave.

This place was wonderful in that we did not feel we needed to leave for anything. The walk to the beach was seconds away and the back yard pool was fantastic. We ate every meal on the screened in porch and enjoyed the weather there at night as well. The neighborhood it quiet and you are far enough away from spring break crowd that you can really enjoy it.

Secluded Oasis within a Busy Tourist Town
The description and pictures do not capture how beautiful this property is in person. The backyard is the secluded oasis one looks for on vacation. Plenty of outdoor seating, a charcoal grill to use and the landscape is well-kept. The house is supplied with everything you need and if not, Mona is super responsive to any needs/issues that arise. The rooms are large and spread out throughout the house. It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!! Many comments talk about the small size of the pool but we found it to be the perfect size for a quick dip. We had 6 adults and spent quite a bit of time standing in the pool talking. The beach access is super close and once you get to the beach, it is as if you have your own private beach. Very unlike the beach area near Pier 60! Overall, a fantastic property to rent for some rest and relaxation time with friends and family.

Close to beach and having beach chairs was nice. Having beach towels available was a plus! Close to Hulk Hogans house! We had to buy extra paper towels, garbage bags, etc.

Wonderful vacation spot
We had such an awesome time! The place was clean and comfortable. It accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. The kids enjoyed the pool and looking for lizards in the yard. The beach was a 3 minute walk away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but a quick drive to the downtown area which is exactly what we wanted! We will definitely be back!

Comfy house, room for the family
We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breez Beach House, there was room for our large family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and loved the sunsets there. When we didn’t go to the beach we had fun in the pool and sitting around the patio area. The house was in a quite area and was just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Everyone was happy with the WiFi we will stay here again in the future..
