Tule kokemaan siivu paratiisia! Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee suositussa Sunset Vistas -huoneistossa Treasure Islandilla, alle 1 mailin päässä John's Passista. Sunset Vistas 610N on 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, joka mahtuu 6 henkeä kingilla makuuhuoneessa, kuningatar vierashuoneessa ja vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Sinulla on hämmästyttävä auringonlasku näkymä suoraan parvekkeelta! Tämä laite on päivitetty vasta, ilmainen pysäköinti, ilmainen WIFI, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu yksikössä, 3 televisiota (42 "taulu olohuoneessa) ja DVD-soitin. Tulet rakastamaan ulkona istumista suosikkijuomaasi nauttien omalta parvekkeelta. Ominaisuudessa on trooppinen sisäpiha, jossa on vesiputouksia, lämmitetty uima-allas, lasten kahluuallas ja 2 poreallasta. Tämä on täysikokoinen lomakeskuksen tyylihuoneisto, josta koko perhe nauttii ja haluaa tulla takaisin vuodesta toiseen!

Aarresaari sai nimensä varhaiselta hotellin omistajalta, joka hautasi ja löysi sitten pari puista arkkua rannalla. Hotellijohtaja väitti, että arkut olivat täynnä aarteita. Löytöuutiset levisivät nopeasti ja ihmiset alkoivat soittaa alueelle Treasure Island. Treasure Island on lähellä St. Pietari ja keskeinen kaikessa.

Aarresaaren kolme mailia valkoisia hiekkarantoja, koskemattomia vesiä, vieraanvaraiset vintage-hotellit ja ainutlaatuiset ravintolat houkuttelevat kävijöitä ympäri maailmaa. Mene uimaan, kuoret, snorklausta, vesihiihtoa, purjelautailua, lintu- ja delfiinitarkkailua tai vain kävellä rannalla ja katsella uskomattomia auringonlaskuja. Wonderful location!
This is the 5th or 6th time we've stayed at Sunset Vistas, so, needless to say, we like it there very much. The condos are spacious and (for the most part) well equipped. The grounds are clean, and the pool area is well-kept. The children's pool is wonderful. The beach is close, which makes it easier for our young grandchildren. John's Pass is within walking distance, either along the beach or along Gulf Blvd. All-in-all, I highly recommend Sunset Vistas for a vacation stay.

Great weekend trip!
We enjoyed the amenities of both the room and the property. Great view of the sunset over the water. Short walk from the room to the pool and to the beach. The room even had some pool towels and coolers we could use while there. The room was clean. Minimal cosmetic issues of the cabinets were noted but obviously did not affect our stay. The contact was quick to respond along the way. Overall, fantastic and we will be back! 😊

Nice short stay
We stayed 3 nights 2 kids ages 15 & 10. They both enjoyed the pool and how close they were to the beach. Pool was nice and clean. The condo was nice and clean plenty of beach toys n chairs also included an umbrella. The property was nice our only complaint would be the wait for the elevator and how hot it was I I side it. Would stay here again nice views of the beach and pool

Great, but…
The unit was great. Very comfortable - we loved it. Except we kept stubbing our feet on the threshold going out to the patio. The property is not able to accommodate more than 1 vehicle per unit, but with families coming from from all over Florida & out of state that wasn’t an option for us. An elevator was out the whole stay and the ones that were working had expired certificates in them. Which didn’t give much comfort.

Beachfront family vacation
Sunset Vistas was a great vacation! Condo had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Great for a family with teens and younger kids. The beachfront location was perfect, beautiful view - spent part of the day on the beach and then headed to the pool. The pool bar was fun for the adults and the Cafe was easy for a delicious sandwich! The location in Treasure Island was convenient to do activities in Tampa (the Zoo, Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Rays baseball game) or a drive up or down the gulf coast to explore (Tarpon Springs).

Everything was in very nice condition, clean, plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. I did suggest the teflon fry pans need replaced as they are all peeling. Tv was a pain in the butt but the mgmt worked with me to get this situation manageable.

Everything was amazing. Café and tiki bar personnel were over the top. Condo was beautiful. Two things I would recommend - The air conditioning vent in tub shower combo had black mold. Also, More hooks in bathrooms for wet towels and wet swimsuits. My friends and I will definitely come back!!!

Clean, cozy condo with a lot of amenities. The two pools were great for a family of different ages. The kitchen was large & updated and having washer & dryer helped so much. Was a wonderful stay and the owner(s) were helpful and easy to work with!

The unit needs some TLC. It needs some deep cleaning, furniture needs cleaned/replaced. And the TV’s were a constant issue. Blinds in kitchen were broken and were told they would repair them, but it didn’t happen in the 5 weeks we were there. Location is great and view from the living room/bedroom was amazing. Property is great with great little restaurant and pool bar.

For the rate per night to stay at this condo, I definitely expected the place to be clean. It does not look like it’s gotten a good cleaning in years. Stains on the shower curtains, missing hanger on the shower curtain, stains on the bedroom curtains, tons of dirt, dust, and grime on the floors and walls, scuff marks all over the walls and doors, broken blind by the front door. There’s no way the closet has been vacuumed in a long time. Drawer falling apart on the dresser. Unbelievable. The only update that may have recently been done is a “newer” washer and dryer. Unfortunately the dryer takes multiple cycles to even dry a very small and light load of clothing. The beds were so uncomfortable and the pull out couch mattress was so thin you could feel the bars underneath it. We loved the beach, the view from the balcony, and the walking distance to places around. Though, unfortunately, due to the very poor cleanliness of the condo, I would not return. This was quite a let down. Pros were good location, great view, good communication to the condo owner/management via email when needed, easy check-in, and was able to check in four hours early.

Condo was overpriced due to being in poor condition. Looked like no updates have been done for years but they charge a premium price. Old, dingy, and falling apart. Very disappointed. Definitely didn't get our moneys worth. We felt cheated.

Great Girls trip!
Wonderful unit. Great views while sitting on the balcony. Few little hiccups, but management took care of 2 pretty quickly. The only real problem we had was the washer did not work at all.
