We love the Terraces so much we purchased another unit in the North Tower of the Terraces. So travel with family and friends and they can stay in our other unit. This is a Deluxe 2 bedroom/ 2 Bath Unit. Our unit is located at the base of Steamboat's Mount Werner. Less than 200 yds to the slope. You can look directly at Steamboat mountain from our spacious balcony, along with a great lower valley view. There is a view out of every window in this unit. THIS CONDO IS A GREAT VALUE. The Terraces at Eagle Ridge provides the finest amenities, including shuttle service to and from the slopes. You can relax in our heated outdoor pool or hot tub, or wander the Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many restaurants and stores. This unit is stocked with everything you could need to feel cog right at home. One of the great amenities is the assigned parking space in our underground heated parking garage. Our unit provides a large flat screen television in the family room and a flat screen television in each bedroom. We provide family videos for your entertainment. There is a DVD player for each television. For your musical enjoyment we have a stereo. This unit has been professionally decorated to keep your comfort in mind. Great views from this bedroom also. We have a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Free High-speed internet provided.
