Spacious Townhome Near The Slopes with Private Hot Tub!
Just a few blocks from the ski area, this spacious, multi-level townhome offers five bedrooms for ultimate privacy but plenty of open living space, plus a large deck with a private hot tub where the entire group can gather.
The first thing you'll notice when you walk through the door is the space. The large great room with cathedral ceilings, huge picture windows and open kitchen and dining area are the perfect landing spot after a day of travel or recreation. The sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and large, flat-screen TV will make you want to settle in immediately. The living area leads out to a private deck with a private hot tub, gas grill, and seating for six. A half bathroom is right next to the kitchen. The master bedroom is also located on the main floor. In this room, you will find a king bed, seating area, en suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead directly to the deck/hot tub.
One level down is a roomy, second living area/media space. A second 60-inch flat screen TV, cozy sofa and chairs, and wet bar with mini fridge, make this the best room to escape to for movies and games. This level has two bedrooms, both with twin beds. The full bathroom with shower/tub is in the hallway and a spacious laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is in the back.
The top floor of this townhome has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and ceiling fan.
This unit also has a large, 2-car garage with ample storage for all your summer or winter gear. And if you need more space to relax, there are also two community hot tubs.

We have rented many condos, townhomes, and houses over the years. This is the first time that I have ever felt that we have paid more $$ than for what we got! I have never written a negative review, but, please note that this is a tired condo. There is plenty of space, but it is crying for a facelift! The kitchen was not particularly well stocked, the furniture is quite worn, and a can of paint or two would be welcomed. We had a great time in Steamboat, because, well, it's Steamboat, but we chose in error with this condo, Also, we lived with the previous renter's massive garbage pile in the garage due to the Property Management Company's lack of response.

Great location and s
We loved the location and the space. Convenient, cozy, and spacious. The place could use a little TLC as there were a handful of maintenance things but nothing major. Biggest complaint is there were only 4 coffee mugs which caused some riffs in relationships.
