There wa nothing redeeming about this property. It had a bad smell, furniture was scaffed almost falling apart, carpet dirty. I could stay once I saw my room. Sorry to give such a bad review but it was truly awful.

The TV did not work in the room. When I asked the front desk staff about it, he yelled at me for walking into the lobby shirtless. As a man I see no problem for that especially at about 2am. Plus there’s an indoor pool so there should have been no issue with that. However, he said there was nothing he could do. Didn’t even ask what the problem was specifically or even attempt to help. That is why I would like a full refund.

Excellent visit
This was my first time visiting this facility, it was a very nice3 experience, I loved the pool, I admired the room, The only problem I had was the reception of the tv was very fuzzy, but overall, I had a great time and it was very comfortable and clean.

Killed more than a dozen roaches... But couldn't catch the flies. Slept with the lights on to keep them at bay. Television inoperable. Towels dingy. Walls and ceilings disgusting. Could barely close the door to the bathroom. This place should not be open at all. You would be better off sleeping in your car.

Ok so the customer service at front desk was pleasant. But the bed in my room smelled like a cat had just spayed on it! It was awful! And when I mentioned the smell to front desk clerk , which was a different person that checked me in,.. she ignored my request for new sheets. And didn’t even respond to my complaint.
