I loved the ease of checking in remotely; my room was stellar; clean and roomy and the bed was extra comfy (after I removed all those extra pillows).

Better Than Nothing

Probably one of the few places to stay near to Lassen National Park. It was clean, secure, and quiet during our 3 day stay. Restaurant and pub was still being built and was not open. They didn't have a microwave for our room and there was no daily room cleaning as advertised. (There was not sign for us to leave out for room cleaning) Overall, it was a good place to stay but expected better.

We stayed one night here. It’s clean and quiet but the room number isn’t included in the confirmation email sent through Expedia. That would be useful - room names are over the doors but we couldn’t see them.

Fabulous shower. Wished for an "in room" microwave...a pain to walk to front of building to heat things up. Small waste baskets with no recycling available. Quiet, convenient location.

The Facility is nice, there is no staff on site, so they text you everything, which is becoming more common everywhere. The power went out in the whole town and so I texted the staff member who texted me asking about it and they told me what PG&E had told them and gave me an estimate about when the power would be back on, which was awesome. Chester is a nice little town with friendly people. Getting down to the water was a little harder than I expected, but in the end it was fun trip in a beautiful area.

Quiet Heaven

AMAZING!!!! It was a great, quiet weekend away with my boyfriend, and this was the perfect place to stay for that!!! Awesome place with great prices!!! STAY HERE!!!! We will definitely be back!
