Well-presented room although we were by the main entrance so noisy at times. Good shower and bed comfortable. Could have done with air-con as the room was hot.

Incredible staff who could not be friendlier throughout our stay, from the check in, recommendations, and room upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary too. Rooms are clean and huge and it is directly across Wind Street for bars, restaurants and shopping. Brilliant stay

Upgrade to the Heart of Oak room in the 'annex' building and it was beautiful. Very comfortable bed, great facilities, with tea/coffee making facilities. Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable.

The main hotel was really nice, we stayed in one of the extra buildings nearby that belongs to the hotel so had to go across the road in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked to order which makes a pleasant change. One of the staff Reece was very helpful and gave us lots of information. If we went again we would ask to stay in main hotel.

Small room suitable for one guest.
The room was very small and not in the main building. There was no room to sit other than the bed. Otherwise, staff was very pleasant and the breakfast room stunning. Staff were helpful.

Lovely hotel. Great service. Nice breakfast. Good location for the marina. Poor on-site parking. Free car park is very small and was rammed with cars when we arrived. We were obliged to use the paid car park nearby. A hotel of this quality with such high prices ought to have ample free parking. Not just a space the size of a postage stamp!
