Our initial desk person was wonderful. When we were ready ti leave, we went down to get a luggage cart and there were none. This was at 5:30 am. I was told by the man at the desk that he didn’t know where they were and he couldn’t go look for them. There was no one else checking out, outside or in the sitting areas.

Clean property. Courteous and professional staff. Upon arrival, we observed a police crime cam and security guard posted. When checking in, I observed a sign warning patrons not to leave valuables in sight in vehicle. Although we had no issues, we would not recommend facility. Surrounding neighborhood appears to be a high crime area.

Rooms need some care (crooked light over mirror, VERY loud air conditioner-but it did work.) Rooms are smaller than other La Quintas at which we have stayed. Breakfast was a disappointment. It was more like a continental breakfast with some small rubbery waffles and hard boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs or potatoes or casseroles or meat of any kind. No room make-up service during our 2 night stay. In room coffee insufficient especially with no room make-up for the second night.(maybe LQ guesses we will just go downstairs to get coffee--but it is nice to have in the room, too.) The carpet in the hallways was very nice and clean. The bedding and bedspreads were clean and attractive. The lobbies and elevator areas looked very nice, even upscale. The pool area looked nice and the courtyard feel to it was pleasing.

Needed to keep two larger cooler bags cold overnight for a foodshow i was attending the next day. Anna made arrangements for me to store my cooler bags in a refrigerator next to the office until morning. What a life saver and food items were perfect temperature fir my foodshow booth the next day.
