Wonderful service, convenient, clean, quiet, and centralized. Perhaps the only suggestion is having a laundry floor. We had to call a few tines inquiring our laundry service that was not delivered before 9pm as expected.

All staff there are very friendly and nice. As I am not a chinease speaking person, I asked receptionist make a reservation for restaurant and massage, he did great job for me. I'll come and stay next time for sure.

The receptionist told us that she upgraded the room for us at check-in. At arrival to our room, we found there was no table/desk in the room which we had to leave all our stuff on the sofa. The shower door was not clean. The remote control for the lighting was in poor function, it took us a long time to turn off the lights. Not a good experience.

Super convenient as it was literally outside of the MRT exit. There were also some restaurant/stalls near for coffee and food if you don’t want to try the hotels.
