At Home Hotel Ximen was not only located in a very convenient area-walkable to many restaurants, convenience stores, and Ximending but the staff was phenomenal. The first night we arrived, it was already 11PM but my husband and I had not eaten dinner yet. The front desk staff not only recommended a local restaurant with delicious food but walked us to the restaurant and ordered for us. Such an amazing experience, answered our questions quickly. Would stay again next time we come to visit.

the property is very walkable to the ximending area, , the thing is the hallways going to room is so dark and unfortunately i dropped my hotel key card and i have to pay , even i ask for consideration , imagined they were asking me to pay almost US 100 , i’ve been to different hotels around the world and never i experienced this , and they didn’t tell me about that when i check in

Very nice place near to the main area still in rather quiet street, walkable distance to Ximen and to main transportation options, lot of dining options around, very friendly staff, during my stay wi-fi was on rather weaker side....

Quiet nook in Ximen
I found this place as a last minute stay when my trip to the southern part of the island was canceled by a typhoon. As last minute finds go it, was a steal. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room was on the small side but nothing unusual for a big city. There was a nice lounge area with snacks and free laundry. And best of all, depsite being in the heart of the busy Ximen area, the hotel is tucked away in a super quiet alley. I'd return for sure.

The hotel’s location was perfect especially if you plan to do some dining, shopping, and exploring Ximen district. It’s also not too far from Ximen station.

We had a friendly welcome with a great tour of the hotel and all its amenities. The hotel had a great little snack bar with tons of drinks to choose from. Our room was very clean and cute. Overall 10/10 experience!!

Hotel closed to Ximen station
It was difficult to find the hotel. There was no sinage of the hotel name except a small placard with the address by the front door. If I didn’t recognize the outside picture from online we would be having a more difficult time looking for the hotel. Check in was good and we were able to check in early so thank you for that. Throughout the 2 nights stayed, there was no staff at the front desk until the day we checked out. It was weird not seeing staff. One bonus is they have water and snacks for guests.

Very clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. While it was a tad hard to find initially, its great location made up for it. Definitely would stay at this location again!

Right around the outskirt of the busy Ximending area which gives the location a nice balance of quiet when in hotel but convenience when going out/returning (about 10 minutes' walk from Ximen station. Facilities are acceptable and the room is relatively clean. There is always a staff at the counter or available at a bell ring's notice. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Do take note the main entrance is locked after 12am (if i remember correctly) and need to be unlocked via the room key.

Staff were good. Facilities were mediocre. "Soundproofing" was non-existent. Reviews are incorrect in saying that there is a microwave. There is only a toaster oven. Lighting was terrible. Some lights don't turn off and the control is also bright and on the whole time. Laundry is handy but is very popular.

The room is spacious. The hot water strength is good. They supply one bottle of body wash and shampoo all in one. The lighting is too dim for my liking. I like the free pastries and coffee in the morning. I like their free laundry service. Very central and convenient to walk to the train station, about 8 minutes walking. Will be back again.
