Good location
We were a group of six adults and the house was comfortable for us. Some of the pictures in the listing are inaccurate. Corporation owned. Great central location in Tampa close to everything. Expensive for what it was but overall a nice stay.

Boat show
We had a group that came in to help with the boat show and the home worked out well. It’s an older home but it was clean and laid out great for 8-10 of us over the weekend. Will try to use it again for our next event.

Everything we needed
We came down for a sports event (participating in) held just outside of tampa and needed a place to house 12/13 people. This was the perfect place - plenty of space, lots of beds and a nice size kitchen (x2). We were close to downtown and dinner options as well as only a short drive (~20 mins) to our event. Communication with the host was excellent and response time was quick. We'd come back to this house for future events for sure. Thank you
