From check in to the quality of the newly renovated rooms and breakfast downstairs, everyone was wonderful! The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. They've done a phenomenal job at maintaining and restoring it back to its 1920's charm. It was walkable to many area restaurants; the downtown Riverwalk and a Starbucks was just one block away.

Construction was going on in front of the hotel, limiting parking. The valet parking was full so we had to find a parking garage & carry all our luggage. The shuttle to event arena showed up late & stopped service before event ended so had to walk all the way back. The restaurant in the hotel didn’t offer coffee & the staff were not customer friendly. The hotel room had warm water for showers and the air conditioning unit started dripping on to the tile floor making it impossible for sleep. We left in the middle of the night and drove home because we couldn’t sleep in room.

Spacious rooms with great bath products and nice bathrooms. Very busy hotel the weekend we stayed with elevators taking a bit of time. But charming and lovely rooms, bedding and ablutions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and nice room sizes. As others have noted the issue is the lack of hot water. One night I had zero, and the other it was extremely limited. It’s a very nice hotel and amenities but if you’re someone who needs a long hot shower you’re not gonna be happy.

My hotel check in was a smooth transition after traveling all day even tho it was a short stay at this location I was surprised that I had to wait til my next hotel in order to take a hot shower I called down and the front desk staff informed me we had to let the water run for over 15 minutes and she was going to send someone up but they never came and we did both . For the cost of my hotel room and parking, I wish we could have fixed the problem faster.

The service was awful. We couldnt park in valet because the valet was no where to be found, so you needed to wait 45min tonget in your car while homeless people hung out around the hotel. There were no luggage racks on check in.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and well appointed! Service is top-notch. Outside....not so much. Parking is somewhat ridiculous in that you have not much choice but to pay $40 for overnight valet parking.

I’m anemic and Hot water was not working when I went to take a bath its best to check at front desk after check in to be sure. Called before booking to check parking and was told it was 25$ for valet to get there and it was 40$. Also was charged and extra 30$ for my stay every though I paid 200$ for the night. So just be aware even if you don’t order room service or charge anything to your room there is an automatic 75$ charge to your card (DOWNTOWN TAMPA FL)
