Beautiful hotel though they are still renovating it right now. Nice staff. The only complaint i have is for being a luxury hotel they should offer room service. Also, one of the elevators broke down when we were in it. They are the original elevators. I think they need to maybe work on them.

They didn't have water the morning of our stay and when I inquired about a credit they said they weren't given any. The lady at the front desk said they were impacted by the hurricane. I said so are most of your guests. That's why we're staying here because none of us have power at our homes. So how can a hotel charge a full price when you don't provide a necessity like water. She said they only learned of the issue and I said then you should be closed. But at a minimum should offer guests a discount or a refund for not providing a necessity like water. Her response to me was I got a discount because I booked on Expedia. I walked away after that because clearly she wasn't going to budge.

The hotel was gorgeous. They are remodeling but the updated room was perfection. It was quiet and exactly what we were looking for. 100% would stay again and highly recommend.
