The lobby smelled like throw up. The hot tub was not working or didnt work at all. The receptionist was standoffish. Food was very bland & texture felt like an MRE meal.

The bathroom floor was consistently sticky. Exterior trash was not removed in a timely manner. The upholstered chair was frayed and had a cigarette burn hole on the arm. The Sunday breakfast buffet was populated early by 6 resort landscapers who loaded up in the items, taking bags of fruit, stacks of waffles, etc. Dark roast coffee ran out. These buffet items should be reserved for paying guests.

We both to stay at your hotel due to the reviews, but I will say this hotel does look a little rundown and worn. couple issues. a lightbulb missing in the lamp ,really smelled like cigarettes.. the toilet had issues flushingthe clerk that checked us in was fabulous. She was wonderful very nice. I did not like the fact that I watched the lady at breakfast, pushing the trashcan with no gloves and then going and grabbing food with no gloves and she did not wash your hands. There was no time she was in and out the door in seconds . So therefore, our free breakfast turned into buying one somewhere else.
