The room was on the first floor and had evidence of being flooded in past. There was black mold on the ceiling from front to back. There was rust on the bottoms and sides of door jams and corrosion. The room was damp and musky making the bedding damp as well.

Old room others got upgraded rooms.
The room was the older room. We were across from laundry and ice machine. People would yell at night. Had to walk up stairs said not down stairs rooms available. Looked around in morning and there was. Had to clean everything off. Old furniture with mold or green stuff. Metal flasks in shower had to clean it. Pillow lumpy.

Stayed for 3 nights the first nights and the room was damp. It just felt wet the whole stay. There was a small cockroach that crawled up the wall. The door didn’t shut all the way. The neighbors were noisy but that was given (all hotels will have that).

Beware of criminals not a safe place. Very dangerous and disgusting sanitation conditions. Mangers rude an no accountability for the property concerns. Am sure corporate has no clue of the problems that takes place at this property.

The property was nice. The front desk person was very helpful at checkin and the breakfast that was served was good just wish they had a non pork option for the meat. The rooms are dated but was told remodeling was happening soon Otherwise I have no complications.
