Your home away from home in Tampa’s trendy Seminole Heights neighborhood! This two story 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a large fenced-in yard, a smart security system, and a game room (which can be used as a fifth bedroom)! With its convenient location, you are close to everything in Tampa - including downtown, Busch Gardens, Tampa International Airport (TPA), Florida Hospital Carrollwood, and St. Joseph Hospital. This is the perfect family home for an extended stay in Tampa Bay!
The Seminole Manor is fully equipped with fast Wi-Fi for business and personal use, two living spaces for maximum relaxation, a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor patio with a charcoal grill! All four bedrooms are on the second floor. The second living area on the first floor can be closed off and used as a bedroom with the air mattress. The bathroom on the first floor is also accessible from this second living area.
During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a door code and check-in instructions. While we do not live on site, we are available via a quick message!

The Den - Furnished with a sectional sofa, dining room table, and a 65" Samsung Smart TV, this a comfy place to lounge.
The Kitchen - Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more! Keurig coffee machine, George Forman grill, and an iron skillet are just a few additional pieces that make this house feel like home.
The Game Room - Furnished with a sectional sofa, 60” curved Smart TV, PlayStation 4 console, and a coffee table. This space is ideal for entertainment, sleeping, and/or working!
The Rooms - Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms in this home have their own iHome clocks. There are four bedrooms upstairs with two queen beds and two full beds that share two guest bathrooms that are close to the rooms. The third bathroom is downstairs next to the game room.
Outdoor - A large paved outdoor patio complemented by plenty of seating, good lighting, a charcoal grill, and warm weather transforms this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind.
Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

We are committed to providing you with a clean, sanitary place to stay. Here are the highlights of our sanitation policy:
- We have enhanced our cleaning schedule, thoroughly sanitizing each vacation home before and after occupancy, putting additional focus on the sanitation of high-touch areas.
- We clean each room using extensive checklists, and we wear protective equipment while cleaning.
- We have adopted the CDC’s cleaning and disinfection guidelines, including the use of cleaning products on the EPA-registered disinfectant list.
- We wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each booking.
- We are making soap and surface sanitation supplies available to you during your stay to use at your discretion.
- We continue to offer contactless check-in and check-out.
HOUSE RULES::
- Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150). We will send you info to pay the pet fee after booking.
- Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner.
- We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving.
- A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $300 will apply.
- We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out.
- Minimum age for booking is 25.
