The front desk man was amazing. There was fecal matter on the bathroom wall beside the light switch. The shower handle fell off when we tried to take a shower. The AC did not cool the tiny room. The security side doors remained unlocked, no key was needed to enter the side entrances.

Everything was good except the service. Was very bad. Staff was uncaring and didn’t help with wi fi setting. They didn’t know how laundromat in the building worked. And weren’t warm or welcoming. Kitchen with no utensils even a knife spoon 2 cups and a pan would help to cook. Why even having a kitchen if there is nothing to cook with and a person goes for only 2-3 days. No one wants to invest in these things. In the last I remember extended stay offering the basics and a coffee maker that actually worked. We had a keurig that didn’t work and I called to reception in order to get it working and they said we will send someone over and they never came in to fix it. So I had to get coffee at the coffee shop 8 mins away. Very bad service, positive input was the room was clean and the beds were comfy and AC worked very good what was appreciated in that heat of florida.

Hurricane Helene refuge from the storm
The furniture was stained. The toilet seat had only one screw holding it to toilet. The rug surrounding bed needed shampooing. In the room above there was thumping & bumping all night. Upon arrival @ 3:45 p.m. there was a 45 min. Wait before clerk started checking in the 4 that arrived prior to me. The side entrance door was unlocked and broken and open overnight although we reported it. In middle of night, people were loudly speaking and kept us awake. When calling front desk at any time I got a voice mail message telling me to leave a message to leave a message. We forfeited the last night of our reservation which was nonrefundable.

The General Manager was very rude and unreasonable had my booked A room for my mom she smokes she was asked not to smoke in front of the building so she moved down the parking lot where my vehicle was and he followed her and they went back and forth so he put her out this is beyond ridiculous I will never book here again

The hotel itself isn't terrible, but the people running it are literal garbage humans. Rudest and most unhelpful people I've encountered in a long while. First they don't have the room I booked for a friend, so the friend had to stay in a one bed room with his teenage son, and this was supposedly fixed by the manager by charging me less. Well, that was messed up and they tried to kick my friend out a day early. Manager was supposed to fix THAT....then they just ended up charging me the full price later, so they actually fixed nothing, and I paid for 2 beds despite only having 1 for two of the 8 days. Find somewhere better to stay.

This was a terrible experience and a big inconvenience. The room was dirty and infested with roaches. The room should have never been booked. The staff was no way to be found.

It’s a nice hotel it looks good feels like you are in a little apartment , I just didn’t like the service I had to scream like 20 times hellos for the person to come to the front for check in and then called me 3 times to ask what day I was leaving.some of them were nice but I didn’t like that part
