Enjoy a stunning view of Hillsborough Bay, enjoying cocktails or a meal, sitting on the porch which includes a table for 6, two comfortable chairs and ceiling fans, or lounging by the pool. Great entertainment house for a family or a group, with an outdoor grill and outdoor, 20 ft. portable movie screen.

Centrally located for all Super Bowl and Tampa nightlife activities. 6 miles to Raymond James Stadium, 1 mile to Tampa Convention Center, 1.5 mile to Amalie Arena, 2.7 miles to Julian Lane Park/NFL Experience, 10 miles to Busch Gardens, and 25-30 miles to great beaches in St. Pete/Clearwater.

3 day minimum required. No Smoking allowed. $5,000 deposit required (paid back immediately upon house inspection). We can recommend personal chef and excellent local restaurants.
