Stinky hotel.
This was the worst smelling hotel i ever stayed at. I couldnt get anything else because of the hurricane. The front desk said it was cat urine smell. If you look up making meth smell. Its the same as cat urine. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Thank you to the great staff for another wonderful stay at the Extended Stay Tampa/Brandon. Everything is nearby and within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable(especially the beds) and the staff is very welcoming, friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Ashley, Thalia, Amanda and Deborah all have been great at the front desk. That is due to the leadership of Deborah the property manager. Deborah has built a strong and successful staff and it definitely made our stay that much better. I’d also like to give a shout out to Kyle in maintenance for his willingness to help out and to do whatever it takes to make each guest feel comfortable. Thank you Deborah for all you and your staff had done to make our family feel welcome and comfortable during our visit.

Great location, comfortable beds and an amazing staff especially the front desk crew. The front desk staff made our stay at the Extended Stay Tampa/Brandon a pleasant one. Ashley, Thalia, Amanda and Deborah have gone out of their way to make sure that our stay was a great one. Deborah the property Manager is a breath of fresh air. She is always pleasant, personable and professional. She had gone above and beyond each interaction we had with her. I see why the front desk staff is so great and that’s due to the guidance of their fearless leader, Deborah.

I liked the convivence of the location. It was near many options for dining and services. Easy to get to and the staff was very polite, professional and listened very well to all questions asked. I rode the elevator on the property and it was fairly hot (not sure why). It would be nice to have instructions on how to switch the settings on the television. I asked the young lady at the desk when checking out the issue I had and she explained there is a switch on the set that changes some of the settings on it. It could be added to the 1 page explanation I received when I checked in or some note in the room itself.

Deborah the Property Manager is a breath of fresh air. We’ve been guests here at the Tampa/Brandon Property for several nights and Deborah always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is a great one. Her front desk staff definitely takes after her. Most concerning was that my room door did not immediately lock when I’d close it from the outside upon leaving. It would eventually lock, but I’d have to stand there waiting to be sure. Also, the floors of the room reeked of chemicals and somehow remained both wet and tacky for the entirety of my one-night stay. And the elevator was not operational while I was there.
