Manager called me same day of my reservation to cancel because there were roaches on the kind of room i had reserved and there was no other available. My friend did check in to hers and it was a nightmare from the bad appareace of the people outside smoking weed to the clugged bathroom. Im glad they cancelled on me but i ended up paying 700$ for another hotel because it was my sons soccer tournament weekend and i had no choice. Wont recommend at all, apparently there is long term residents there.
We have stayed in many Extended Stay properties in various locations - we have always been very impressed with the cleanliness, staff and affordability. This location did NOT embrace this at all. When checking in the 2 ladies at check in could seem to care less about us checking in as they were too busy talking to each other. The room had sticky floors, a dirty bath tub, some sort of either pubic hair or other hair on the 2 towels. My husband showered and went to grab a hair covered towel x 2. I went to the lobby to get new towels and the attendant stated I had to bring the others back. I explained I was not going to touch them as they were covered in some sort of black hair. After my husband dried off with the new towels he took the dirty ones downstairs and the attendant didn't seem to care at all. In addition the sink was clogged. We left the next morning very early - no one was at the check out counter, no one answered the phone. We would NEVER stay at this location again.
The Room was terrible Infestation of roaches and not well Clean. I was giving a room that look like it was unoccupied in forever woke up with a roach in the bed. Checked out immediately after calling the front desk with no help.
This was the worst smelling hotel i ever stayed at. I couldnt get anything else because of the hurricane.
The front desk said it was cat urine smell. If you look up making meth smell. Its the same as cat urine. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
I liked you got the choices of you tube or cable or net flex,the security and safety of the electronic keys only you have your own key to your room. The linen towels clean linen.

Everything is nearby and within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable(especially the beds) and the staff is very welcoming, friendly and willing to help in anyway possible.
Ashley, Thalia, Amanda and Deborah all have been great at the front desk. That is due to the leadership of Deborah the property manager. Deborah has built a strong and successful staff and it definitely made our stay that much better. I’d also like to give a shout out to Kyle in maintenance for his willingness to help out and to do whatever it takes to make each guest feel comfortable.

Great location, comfortable beds and an amazing staff especially the front desk crew. The front desk staff made our stay at the Extended Stay Tampa/Brandon a pleasant one. Ashley, Thalia, Amanda and Deborah have gone out of their way to make sure that our stay was a great one.
Deborah the property Manager is a breath of fresh air. She is always pleasant, personable and professional. She had gone above and beyond each interaction we had with her.
I see why the front desk staff is so great and that’s due to the guidance of their fearless leader, Deborah.
