The indoor water park is like a bacteria broth, and the rooms are the same. The staff were nice, but would not stay here again. For the price, not worth it.

Hotels.com was the issue. would not work with me when I had an issue the first day I tried to book my trip over a month ago. I contacted Hotels.com the very first night of the day I booked the trip to cancel one night. You guys would not work with me. Never will. I use Hotels.com again

Camel back water park was horrible it was super small not much to do expensive for no reason but the food was okay and arcade was a little fun, just expensive as well . By 11pm they shut off the lights in the hallways like it’s a prison .

I had me a funky good old time. I have no complaints. Only thing that water in the showers did not get that hot. Overall, my room was very spacious. My business is comfortable. It was nice and clean. I will most definitely recommend and stay again.

Poor Customer service. If the resort makes a mistake like in my case the front desk charged me for a room instead of a $100 accidental hold and it put my account in the negative. I didn’t except that large amount to come out. Wasnt aware until I got home. Called the desk 20 million times. All you get is the reservation ppl and they email the manager and you wait. I told them that i had no money they didnt care. But once my mother in law mentioned calling the cops they gave her the manager number to billing. Never again.
