Just one block south of Main Street in Telluride, the houses and condos on West Pacific Avenue are extremely sought after. The free gondola, which connects you to Telluride Ski Resort and Mountain Village, is only three blocks away. Plus, all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street are conveniently just a few blocks in either direction. So, you're really in the center of it all.

This condo is a stand-alone building on a quiet alley, so it shares no walls with neighbors. It has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook with built-in bench seating, and a cozy living space with a sofa and a TV. The bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs, and the living space is upstairs. With such a thoughtful layout and an incredible location, you can't go wrong.

Great Location
Great location, perfect for two people (it was just me an my teen son). Would have appreciated full disclosure prior to rental on two points. One - the description indicates 1 parking space, and while technically true, it was misleading. What is actually included is a right to park on the street, but according to the street signs in the 'O' permit area which includes the street in front of the property, you can't leave your vehicle on the street on Wednesday - so you need to move to another location, and that location has a parking prohibition on Thursday. Parking is dear in Telluride, so you are playing a parking game if you're staying in the property for more than two consecutive days. This was stressful and I came off the mountain early twice just to deal with the car. Vacasa didn't seem to care. The second item that I would have appreciated a heads up on was the construction taking place at the main house and the space immediately next door. They start promptly with power tools at 8AM. This was a ski vacation so we were generally up early enough, but was still annoying on the one day we tried to sleep in. And construction workers can see directly into the property. A heads up on both of these items would have been appreciated. One other minor item is the blinds in the unit are almost inoperable (in the down position), had they worked, it would have been nice to get more light in, but if they are going to be broken, they were at least broken in the right way.

This unit was just ok overall. A bit disappointing given how much money it cost. The location was great ! We had really worn, lousy pillows the first night and Vacasa brought over 4 new ones promptly which was nice. The unit felt worn...there was old blinds and a seat cushion stored under the bed, the kitchen itself was nice but not fully stocked. The blanket was old and the duvet cover didn't have any buttons on it so the duvet cover kept slipping out. I think if they would spend a bit more money upgrading the kitchen and the linens it would go along way.

Great property for a kid free stay in Telluride.
Overall this was a great property located right in the heart of Telluride. Easy stroll to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. Very close to the Gondola as well. You can also walk to several trailheads for hikes. The description is accurate that the property is a stand alone condo, but it is also one of the alley / carriage style condos common in Telluride. It is directly on the alley with no view or outside deck area. Parking was also a little tough; but the rental comes with a street parking permit, which helps. Despite these things, the property is still five star level. We would definitely rent again.
