Room was very cozy. Bed extremely comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like is the room did not get cleaned the two days I was there. No fresh towels daily

The air conditioner was really loud so I barely slept. I complained after the 1st night but nothing was done.

Make sure to use security lock when in room.

The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 10:30 am and said “housekeeping” and then proceeded to open the door. Check out is at noon. We were still in bed asleep and she had attempted to enter our room! My husband jumped out of bed and asked what she was doing! She said we always at check at 11. My husband replied it was 10:30 am and we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door! Front desk reprimanded her but told us they were very busy that day and trying to get rooms cleaned early and the maid was new.
