"We had a good 2 night stay. AC worked fine, breakfast had a good selection and location convenient for sightseeing and easy walk to train station. Check-in smooth, and the staff member very helpful providing information about Innsbruck and Innsbruck Card. Great view from the room"

"Huone oli kuuma kuin sauna jo saapuessa. Ilmastointia ei ollut, huoneessa oli tuuletin mutta se oli rikki. Yöt nukuttiin märän pyyhkeen alla. Huone oli epäsiisti ja kylpyhuoneessa hometta. Aamiainen oli suppea hintaansa nähden. Kadun melu kantautui huoneeseen kovana."

And the breakfast … now that exceeding all my expectations ! So sumptuous; and a lot of local produce. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. This hotel is truly a hidden gem, a real treasure."
