Wonderful stay
The executive rooms were worth the extra money as it includes access to the executive lounge. The hotel was much nicer than expected. The room was beautiful and included amazing L’occitaine toiletries. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I wasn’t crazy about the neighborhood, but it was very easy to get anywhere from the train station. The rooftop bar was also a beautiful view and great drinks & food!

Absolutely amazing hotel, loved it!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The check-in process was quick, which was really nice after our very long day of traveling. The hotel was clean and very nice, and our room was spacious and quiet with a terrific updated bathroom. The view from our room was spectacular, and on a clear evening we had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. All of the staff were so attentive, helpful and kind. We know very little Japanese, but every staff person we spoke to was fluent in English so communication was not a problem. The location was very convenient and close to the Shibuya train station, which we used daily. We ordered room service a couple of times, and it arrived quickly and was very good. When we were getting ready to leave, we asked the porter about how to get a taxi to the airport, and she quickly arranged for one to pick us up from the hotel at the time we requested. We are from the United States and it was our first trip to Japan, and we had a really great experience at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. We would like to thank the management and all of the staff for their excellent service and for the wonderful stay!

The Limousine Bus stop is at the hotel so it’s very good for airport transportation. Close to shopping and train stations. The hotel rooms are dated and they require to be upgraded. Overall it’s a nice hotel
