The rooms are elegant, spacious, and meticulously clean. The staff are exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to assist, and they speak English. I stayed in this hotel at the end of my 2 week Japan vacation. I liked this area for shopping and walking around. Beautiful view of the bay and rainbow bridge. This areas wasn’t as crowded as Shinjuku, but plenty of things to see.

Tokyo City Line View!
My room was more than I had hoped for my last night in Japan!! My room had a view of Tokyo Tower lit up and the bridge! My room also came with pajamas! So I sat at the room table, in my cozy pajamas sipping a cocktail watching dusk and the city lights turn on! It was beyond relaxing!

家族6人　日本一時帰国の最後の日　ホテルに泊まり本当に満足いたしました。新橋や銀座へのアクセス、部屋の広さや夜景等良かったです。空港へのバスを待つ間ロビで待ちましたが、何人かの外国人の方が空き缶やボトルを置き去りされていたのが残念でした。

Staff was excellent, especially being able to stow baggage on last day, them pushing to the taxi out front, and helping load it. No tips expected or needed. The train station is immediately outside the hotel and river boat terminal is really close, too. Super easy to get around! Fantastic breakfast buffet!
