The room was spacious. However, it seemed the property was a bit dated. We later noticed mould on ceiling. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in process was quick.

Great convenient stay for an early flight from Haneda. The shuttle bus was perfect for us and the main reason we booked this hotel. The room was lovely and spacious for Japan standards, a nice clean bathroom with amenities downstairs at reception should you need them. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend

This hotel is an ideal stay if you arrive late or have early departure from Haneda airport. The amenities are all well maintained and high quality. The bed is comfortable and the room is more spacious than most hotels I've stayed in Tokyo. The staff are lovely and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is convenient to Haneda airport with a train stop across the street. The hotel has an airport shuttle but only going to the airport, no pickup. Staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast is offered but it a bit pricey if you are not a big eater for breakfast. There are several convenience stores nearby where you can get breakfast materials. Also several small restaurants nearby for other meals. We found it a good choice with easy connection to JR loop line.

Perfect location to stay if wanting to have 0 issues getting to Haneda the next day. Do not recommend if you're leaving later during the day, as there is not much to explore around the area. Staff was extremely accommodating and hospitable. Rooms were spacious, for Tokyo standards, and beds were incredibly comfortable. From my travels, Air conditioning in Tokyo was not always available, as many operate via central heater, but not this one. You'll enjoy the temperature as you'd like. Shuttle Service til 9:10 AM so make sure to take that in account before you book the room for that perk. Fuku Sushi, next to the hotel, was about the loveliest Sushi experience we had after 7 long weeks exploring Japan, don't miss out on the opportunity!
