Nice hotel overall but very noisy. Next to train tracks great for train spotters and convenience but the windows are not good and room are very small. Interaction with staffs is minimum as they make you do your own check in and purposely avoid any kinda of connection/ chat if you ask anything like a lot of time in Japan! Best not to ask question. One tip Being you ear plugs the trains are loud

Would recommend.
Great location only a few mins from subway and JR lines, a bit cramped if you have 2 large suitcases. Staff were friendly and polite. I would recommend staying here. The room had a quirky design with the bathroom next to the window but makes it memorable.

Amazing stay at Remm Hibiya
Staying at Remm was a great relief and comfort. It’s situated in an area that has both subway, konbini and restaurants. We appreciated the in-room massage chair that helped our feet after touring around the whole day. The staff was very accommodating and generous in helping us with our questions - specifically the luggage transfer to another hotel. We plan to stay at this hotel again in our upcoming stay as we’ve appreciated this facility so much

Great Hotel Value in Ginza!
We loved this hotel! Well-located in Ginza near major shopping and subway/train lines. Our room was compact, yet very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. On-site restaurant. Short walk to everything Ginza has to offer. Definitely recommend!

It’s very close to Ginza and Hibiya station. Good for traveler landing or leaving from Haneda airport. The massage chair literally a lifesaver. However the mattress is not too comfy. Worth the price still!

Overall we had a nice overnight stay. The room is clean, although tired and tiny, not ideal for a longer stay, at least not for two people. Great location, close to metro stations and great shopping. Lots of dining options.

Great stay and just what we needed for 2 nights stay in Ginza. So close walking from the subway, and right in the heart of the upscale shopping and dining area of Ginza. The hotel is located just behind the large parks of Imperial Palace and Hibiya Park, providing the perfect balance of nature within the busy city. Easy to walk over early to Tsukiji market and literally above the Yurakucho alleyway foods. The room is tight but expected, bed was comfortable and washroom was great. We certainly put the massage chair to good use after long days of walking and travelling! Thank you!
