This property had comfortable rooms and it was conveniently located as a Tokyo base for any tourist. Roppongi area seems to have a busy night life yet the hotel has procedures to keep all guests safe. Also, the staff tries to communicate in English if they know you are struggling with Japanese language. The front desk has many amenities for guests to take to their rooms and that was extremely convenient. Thank you so much for a lovely stay Sotetsa Fresa Inn Roppongi. The only thing which seems to be standard in Tokyo is that the rooms could be smaller than what you may be used to yet they are comfortable.

Double is really a full size bed. Does not sleep two adults comfortably because 3 sides touch walls. There’s also not enough room to store two medium suitcases. I had to book an extra room.

Our stay was great except for one thing. My wife left a black Zimmerman dress hanging in the closet and when we called the hotel to see if we could retrieve it, they could not locate it and did not make any effort to investigate where it may have gone.

It was a clean hotel, close to restaurants and a subway entrance. I liked the little area in the libby where you can get a brush for your hair, a toothbrush just in case you forget, skin care products, you can even borrow a hairdryer. They even have tea. Nothing to really complain about the property other than the rooms are smaller than what I expected but since we didn’t really spend too much time there, it didn’t really matter too much for me.

Was a brilliant place to stay! So close to the train and easy access to a number to of convenience stores! The room was fantastic - we had a connecting room and the bathrooms were of a decent size! The availability of bathroom products on level 2 made things really easy! The area was quiet and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms size was small but we made it work! We used the laundry and it cleaned and dried the clothes well. All in all we throughly enjoyed staying here!

You should definitely stay here if single
It was an amazing. The food and early morning breakfast service is excellent. Staff was extremely helpful but more English speaking service attendants would be nice. This hotel is right in the heart of Roppongi. So there are plenty of bars and food to get lost in. The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone coming to party for a bit and have a quick accessible hotel for those LONG party nights. All in all, 10/10

Pro: Great Location, Perfect Condition of the hotel, workers are all great, and bunch of selections of one time use toothbrush, etc Cons: The room is a bit small, the blanket has some stains, and there are only 3 machines for the whole building
