Amazing stay
This hotel was amazing to stay. It was our honeymoon and we stayed in one of the club rooms. Check-in was a breeze. Room was great, with a nightly turndown service. Staff were friendly and helpful. The club lounge had amazing views of Tokyo Tower with drinks and snacks. We would definitely come back again!

An excellent stay overall. Our corner room had great city views and the top floor lounge spectacular night-time views, particularly of Tokyo tower. Buffet breakfast had vast options. Tried the Japanese breakfast which was also excellent. Bowling was an unexpected bonus. Wonderful staff. Great location. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay at this hotel! My husband and I stayed in the panoramic corner king room. It was very spacious, and the views were beautiful. We loved seeing the Tokyo Tower so close. There was ample space in the room for our belongings and in the bathroom to get ready. The amenities - such as toiletries, robes, and slippers - were restocked every day. It was easy walking distance to the train station. We would definitely stay here again!

A bit disappointed
The hotel was very nice, however, consiidering that it had 33 floors, it had only one lounge up on the 33rd floor and only one smoking room in the basement. You couldn't out in front of the hotel in the open air.

The property is overpriced. Room and view was not as expected. Gym is an added cost. I was asked to leave the club lounge because they did not see my club access. Waited in line to be seated at the breakfast buffet and the food is limited. So much personal service but not enough personal touch. Overall not worth the value.

Overall, I liked my stay at Prince Park Tower Tokyo! The staff were very friendly! I booked a room with a view which was nice and spacious for Tokyo. I guess the only thing I would say is that the hotel is a bit old and the rooms are dated.

Tokyo Prince Park Tower boasts spotless rooms and a warm, accommodating staff who elevate the guest experience. However, my morning tranquility was briefly interrupted by the unexpected sound of gongs around 5:30 am, echoing intermittently for about 15-20 minutes. This mysterious gonging noise, emanating from a nearby temple, added a unique touch to my stay. Despite this, the overall cleanliness and hospitality at the hotel shone through, making it a memorable and culturally immersive visit.

Customer service is spectacular! The staff are so friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Our room was clean and we had an amazing view of Tokyo Tower. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds have bedbugs in them, got bitten multiple times and staff didn't seem to care. For "5 star rated hotel" didn't seem to live up to it, wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel.
