I like because it's near train station,but i must changed train more, because this is small train station. Hotel room so small, we were barely standing all together, and open 1 of our luggage also difficult. Bed size is very small, 1single and 1double bed for family of 4 its too small. Pillow only 2pcs.

Good basic hotel for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Not very spacious and the pillows were horrible, but otherwise it worked well for our family of four using two twin rooms. Used the laundry facilities and there was a clog in the drain, leading me to flood the laundry room several times. Employee who came to help was very apologetic and helpful cleaning up the mess. Great location within a 2 minute walk to the subway and several great bakeries.

Very clean and convenient. Small room but i dont mind because i only needed it to sleep as we spent most our time sightseeing. I love how the lobby had all the necessary toiletries.

The location is convenient. Nearest station only 3 min walking distance. 25 min walking to Ueno and Asakusa. Save a lot of money on transport. Although the room is small but the facility is complete like kettle. They also provided free drink and free supper ( local food). Worth to visit again.

Too small for family of four.
The hotel was nice, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Despite the ad saying it sleeps 4 the room was way too small for a family of four. There was one double bed and one single bed. We opted to purchase the buffet breakfast and only found out after booking that this did not include the kids.

Hotel room was very clean and the size was comfortable for two. Breakfast was delicious with many varieties and the menu appeared to be the same daily. The Iriya metro station is about 3 min walk. There were many excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We would like to return this hotel if we are in Tokyo again.

The hotel is very close to food such as yoshinoya and matsuya. However the highlight of the stay would have to be the Ochazuke supper provided at the hotel between 9pm and 11pm. This is a lovely experience which really sets this hotel apart from the others!

It is clean and convenient. Staff was friendly. Bottled water should be supplied daily. We stayed 7 nights, but got no bottled water when we checked in, also no bottled water the next day after we had the room cleaned. Bottled water doesn't cost much but it is not convenient for the tourists, that they have to go out to get it, especially when they returned to the hotel late at night! Hope this can be considered!

Very convenient location - located about 1-2 minutes from Iriya station. Room was quite spacious and clean. There are also free light snacks and drink every afternoon till midnight. Staff was also friendly and attentive!
