Mary, our valet is not forced upon any guest. That is the only option we have available for onsite parking, but it is an optional service you can use. There is metered street parking very close to our building that is available for alternative parking options. The fines that were mentioned are for expired meters that the city does keep a close eye on. We are sorry for the miscommunication on our parking accommodations.
There are 2 restaurants on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafΘ and a nearby snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Business amenities include a 24-hour business centre and 3 meeting rooms. Public spaces have free WiFi. A 24-hour fitness centre, a rooftop terrace, and a vending machine are also featured at the business-friendly Hotel Indigo Traverse City, an IHG Hotel. Parking is available for a fee.
