There are many dining options near the hotel, either in the mall below it or surrounding the hotel itself. What we did not appreciate was discovering that some rooms are not as well maintained as the others. Our third room on the 29th floor was the best as it looked almost newly renovated. The first two rooms were average at most. The hotel is walking distance to 2 MTR stations on the red line (Tsuen Wan line), and it’s a straight train down towards more central locations like Central and Tsim Sha Tsui. There is also a hospital located nearby. The walk is not the most straightforward, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service for hotel guests to Mongkok and TST, so that was a nice option that we used almost daily to save us travel time and paying for public transport. Not my first choice for accommodation, but if you do not mind traveling to the central areas daily, then it might be worth considering.

Our room was quite old and the bathroom was subpar. It felt more like a discount motel in the US than a Hotel. I definitely would not stay here again. There are better options in Kowloon for about the same price.

This is not a 3 star hotel. After a shower, the whole bathroom floor is wet as the shower area does not have a side bank to prevent water from going out of the shower area. Towel quality can be better. No separate shampoo, conditioner and lotion. All in one liquid soap is provided.

Location is excellent. Shopping mall is just downstairs and you can find pretty much everything there. It is a little far from MTR station but airport express stop is just outside the door. The hotel is getting old so the room is not clean but spacious. Overall stay is okay.

The hotel is dated for 4 stars. Stayed at both 2 people and 3 people rooms. One room the toilet flushing got problem and it took 2 days to fix and one room the toilet door is mouldy. Customer service center staffs very helpful and responsive. The shuttle bus service is good though the drop off locations difficult for tourist to remember. Location of the hotel is great for transportation (MTR nearby) and tons of dining options. around. Will use the hotel again if price is right.

I can walk to the subway with cover in 10 minutes. Dinning and shopping is easy around there. You can always get a seat in the subway train. It is just right for me
