We chose this property as the other similar hotel in the area had a breakfast offered, but this property advertised a full, cook to order breakfast on Expedia, and advertised a full breakfast on their own website being included with the price. The restaurant on site is not functional, so the hotel provided a food truck outside. However, instead of offering any kind of full breakfast they gave us a menu and told us we could purchase breakfast items from the food truck. When we addressed that it was advertised a full breakfast would be included in the charge of the room, they apologized, but didn’t care. We understand a kitchen could have problems, but we would never have chosen this hotel if they were honest at that they would not include any full breakfast, but would let us buy our own breakfast from a food truck outside. The honest thing to have done would have been providing a voucher or something for the food truck items, or to not falsely advertise that something is included in the price. I am surprised a large chain hotel would do business this way. Besides this, the overall facility is not clean, and seems rundown. Overall, I would recommend to never stay here. We switched hotels after that first day to the Comfort Inn. My recommendation for anyone would be to stay there instead. It is smaller, but very clean, the staff were very nice, and they provided an actual breakfast as they advertised.

Tired - furniture, carpets, fixture shoes are all tired and worn. The hangers are really difficult to use and get in the way of opening the door. HVAC in the room did not work well. On the plus side, the 2 queen bed room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and everyone was very friendly!

it was a safe brightly lit property, but it was not easy to get to from Sauharita because of the location. you had to drive through another parking lot to get there. None of the gym equipment was working and they were working on updating the kitchen, so the breakfast was fruit, yogurt and toast. The rest of the facility is mostly maintained. The beds were very comfortable.

Long walk to our room due to only one elevator. We both tripped getting out of the elevator due to an uneven surface on the second floor. Very noisy hotel. The breakfast was odd. Served at a bar from an independent restaurant. Very poor service there.
