We were told the stay included free breakfast and the property gave us vouchers but the restaurant said that they no longer accept the vouchers but give a discount instead. Misleading

In town for football game at UofA. Cost vs location vs convenience this place works well. Staff was great. Hotel is little dated but in great shape and great working order

The flooring in the room on the second floor was vinyl strips that were supposed to look like rough hewn wood planks. Unfortunately, the flooring was not well glued down and was coming up in a number of spots. Secondly, the area around the property had some people begging for money. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed at this location so we could go to the Pima Air and Space Museum, which was excellent.

The bathtub didnt work in our room. A vent was not screwed in and fell on my head. Was my daughters birthday and we got kicked out of the pool at 8 saying it was too noisy. When city ordinance is at 10. When they came to work on the bathtub they made all dirty and did not clean up after. Was just a terrible stay and my nose and head hurts where the vent fell on me

Room was already cold when we got it which is a plus because we didn’t have to set up the AC, the room and bathroom were really clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, overall a great experience

We had a wonderful stay. Short drive to Historic downtown 4th Avenue where we walked around. Some people we met said the restaurant attached to the hotel was awesome so we ate there and agree. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Some appliances didn’t work, bath tub clogged, main door didn’t close right, The breakfast was change last minute it is not the restaurant as promised by email 1 day before. And overall things were not the same as before.
