Inconvenient parking, had to walk a fair distance from vehicle to room which made packing/unpacking difficult. It was very convenient for my dog, easy to pick up after him in the gravel area. I was glad to have him with me while walking around however- looked like a cruddy area of town Mattress needs replacement

The first shift employee is rude. She doesn't try to listen and will cut you off while talking. She doesn't seem very knowledgeable about the policy. I had to speak to 2 other employees to get an answer to a question. It was just a mess. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. Only thing that was concerning was the amount of homeless or drug addicts roaming the area.

Roaches in room Ants in room This man named Jose kept knocking on my door Room 140 Asking for employee Rachel Raquel To let him in room I told him no one by that name here to go ask front desk He persisted at different hours I told him I was going to call front desk security or police He said go ahead To let him take a shower ?? Our stay at the property was greeted by unfriendly service at the front desk and upon checking into our room there was trash under the bed, no soap or shampoo available. Around 11:30 12:00 and 9:00 I realized there was a lot of homeless walking around the property. I was approached to an ass if I would like to buy drugs By some random gentleman. I work for a high school I am a football coach and I do not do anything in that manner. Definitely would never recommend this place to anyone, probably more sanitary and safe sleeping in your own vehicle.
