This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Have stayed here in the past. All around the Aloft Tulum is a great value hotel for the $. Great rooms, great pool(s),great staff, and very clean. Also convenient location for short cab ride to Ruins, Downtown, Beach. For the budget traveler you can’t go wrong, and will be pleasantly surprised how nice the property is 😉👍 Myself, I look forward to future stays at the Aloft Tulum 😎

I had a great experience staying at Aloft Tulum. The staff were very nice and friendly. Never felt unsafe at all. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool because it rained when I went. Kinda close to central Tulum. 5 min away driving wise.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Location was great and everything was clean. My only complaint was that I was charged $12 for a room free, not sure why. I did not drink the water bottles in the room….

I didn’t get any credit or drinks that were advertised upon arrival, but it was a very convenient hotel at a very affordable price for my short stay. View was mid, but it was a comfy little hotel, nothing fancy.

This is a very well operated Hotel. Easy access to all Tulum has to offer without the inconvenience of the beach road Hotels. I have stayed in most of the 4 to 5 star Hotels in Tulum over the past 20 years and prefer the Aloft. Its a very friendly Hotel that you can really enjoy with all the restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will be returning to Tulum again shortly and will again stay at the Aloft .
