My now husband and I stayed here to get married. It was a beautiful stay. Our room was right by the river and waking up to the sound of the water was incredible. The bed was very comfy, and the overall room space, and balcony was enjoyable. Now the complaints: We did tell the receptionist when we arrived we were getting married, she said she would put notes on our account. It would’ve been nice to get a small accommodation for the event, but we didn’t expect it. Also, I tried calling the front desk 3 times from our room and no one answered or called back. The bathroom honestly was the worst part of the experience. They have a sliding barn door… That doesn’t close all the way. My now husband and I have been together for a long time, but that’s a level of intimacy we weren’t ready for. Overall, the stay was nice.

The Sitzmark is a gem. Mountain Chic style. Elegant. Delightful breakfast croissants. Pool. Multiple room options to accommodate your needs. Onsite parking is worth the fee.

Great remodel! Lovely and convenient option in the heart of Vail. Roof top pool and hot tub are a bonus! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Don’t think twice and book this hotel!

Very nice staff down to the housekeepers. The hotel will be undergoing a renovation can’t wait to come back and see the improvements. The rooms are very spacious and I love how they have places to put away luggage considering how much we bring when coming for skiing
