Property was generally well maintained and very clean. The bathroom led light bulb needed a change and the strips on the stairs to the lobby was loose. Room was very clean and had all the cooking utensils you would need for a quick cooking and etc. location was really good too

Easy, clean, great location.
This was a quick, last minute trip with my daughter. We arrived at night and had to pull over to read directions on how to find parking but directions were very clear. There is not a typical "front desk" but we were immediately greeted when we walked in by someone who worked there and was very helpful and friendly. Our room was super clean. We didn't see it much in daylight but it appeared to have a nice lookout. The location in town was quite lovely as well. I'd book here again in a heartbeat.

This was our first time in a Sonder. It was fantastic. I appreciate the 24/7 chat and we even saw several staff with Sonder shirts on while we were there. It seemed more like a very nice apartment as opposed to a hotel. I love that they had Davines toiletries. And, they are very eco friendly. Our bathroom light would sometimes turn off when in the shower, but that was our own fault. Further, they really make things very comfortable and even decorated for the Taylor Swift concert and provided ear protection and chocolates. We would definitely stay in a Sonder again.

This was our first time staying at a Sonder. Honestly, we were nervous at first, but they made the stay very comfortable and incredibly easy. I love the 24/7 chat and the space was very comfortable and had a lot of nice things for a vacation (kitchen, ability to control the temperature, a great patio, etc). It felt almost like a really nice apartment as opposed to a hotel. The location was great as well. The company even did a lot to celebrate the Taylor Swift concert that was in town, which was really nice. The only thing that was a little bit of a nuisance was that we couldnt figure out the bathroom lights which seemed to be on a schedule and would automatically turn off sometimes in the shower. However, we didn't ask about them and it was our own fault.

Great location. Wonderful array of restaurants around the corner, paid parking very convenient. Easy access to Stanley Park. Just bring slippers, no rugs on the floor and my feet got a bit chilly. Great stay.

Really nice property in a good area - lots of dining options and right by the water. Literally our only complaint would be limited seating in the unit itself. A lot of empty space and just two dining chairs. Not a make or break would just be something nice to have (I.e., a couch/lounger)
