Everything was as it should have been. My only quibble is that things got a little noisy at 05:30 each morning.

Unfortunately, there were multiple teams staying at the hotel. Kids who have seen an elevator before spent the evening playing hide and seek between floors while their parents drank or watched TV. And the the fights broke out in the hallway. Couldn’t get much worse.

This the first time staying at a Best Western and we were very impressed. We were in room 202, and the volume and mute on both Telus remotes did not work. Outside the entrance the concrete could be better cleaned (e.g. power washed).
