Only 2 night stay but everything was great! Beautiful and clean room. Some rooms had balconies but ours did not. No free breakfast but had a bistro on lobby level that was very good. Pool was nice and they have a tiki bar. Easy access to beach. Can rent beach chairs and umbrella daily. The staff was wonderful!

A couple little things I could nitpick, but with it being the off season here, we were very satisfied with our stay. Quiet, very friendly and helpful staff, and lovely, clean pool/spa area. A very nice and peaceful getaway in the middle of August.

The front desk people were super accommodating and to boot, they had our rooms ready for an early check-in! This was extremely helpful and we were very grateful for that! At about the only thing that was not in line with the great service and attitude that we had experienced throughout our stay was the female bartender by the pool. Everyone in my family had something negative to say about her, whether it was her unfriendliness, or attitude or facial expressions or poorly-made drinks. This put a little damper for us all while at the pool area. My personal guess is that maybe she’s tired of dealing with the public, so it might be time for her to go to a different industry.

I was able to check in at 11am instead of 4pm which was really nice. Only complaint is Room service didn’t knock and just walked in my room as I was getting dressed, there was also a bunch of hair in our shower. Other than that, the rooms are very nice as well as the lobby.

Nice rooms with ocean view and balcony right on the beach, comfortable beds/pillows, excellent customer service from front desk personnel. Only negative was the service from pool bar attendant as well as bar food.
