Nice cozy home Vero Beach

This spacious and comfortable home is convenient to everything of interest in this "heaven on earth" paradise community. The living room has leather couch & love seat, full size sofa bed and 36” TV. The large dining table can seat 8; the screened patio table seats 4. LThe kitchen has everything to prepare gourmet meals. The back yard is fenced but this home is not pet friendly; we no longer accept pets.
The master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress and private bath with shower. The guest bedroom also has a very comfortable queen bed and the guest bath has a tub and shower.
The inside laundry room with washer and dryer has hanging rod for clothes coming out of the dryer, and also stores the vacuum, broom and mop.

Vero is truly the treasure of Florida s treasure coast, so called because the Spanish fleet of 1715 scattered their treasure along our coast after they failed to listen to the hurricane forecast. If you come, you will want to return, or stay permanently? Some boaters who passed through Vero stuck; they call their new home Velcro Beach!
So much to see and do; so many fine restaurants, golf courses and pristine beaches. The Indian River Lagoon is the most spectacular inland estuary in the entire world. Bottle nose dolphin, manatees, game fish and hundreds of birds share our paradise. Riverside theater offers professional performances and the nearby art museum is also extraordinary. I praise God everyday for the privilege of living here!

Favorite Places To Eat

There are too many to mention; however the Five Star Ocean Grill is highly recommended! Both the food and atmosphere will never disappoint.

Cute spacious spot
House was amazing. Fenced in yard for the puppies, screened in area also, spacious home with everything you need! Space was very well cleaned and maintained as well! Would definitely stay again and would recommend! Thank you!!

Great month in Vero
We enjoyed our time in Vero and at this home very much! Location was great for us to be just a short few minutes to beaches, golf, restaurants, & family - yet not in the midst of the very busy parts of town. Comfy beds - well stocked kitchen amenities - and LOVED the lanai! Owners are accessible and very kind- even giving invitation to church. Recommend and look forward to next visit - Lord willing!

Not what we expected
I rented the house for my employees: adult males. The owner seemed very nice and easy to deal with. He convinced me to take another house NOT the one in the listing. He said it was better but it had no dishwasher. The owner went into the house unannounced the first and second morning to check to see how my employees were cleaning up. This caused my employees to be very uncomfortable. And we found them alternate accommodations. The owner told us we would not get a refund.

And for feedback: internet and cable stopped working after the 2nd week or so, (said bill needed to be paid on TV), wasn’t as clean as it should be, we actually bought a mop and cleaning supplies. Yard wasn’t mowed, and he stopped by twice randomly during stay, without calling. Kinda made the wife uncomfortable. Front living room windows don’t properly lock, and there is no grill as advertised.
