Staff was lovely and helpful! They were responsive to my many inquiries including helping me figure out to get from the airport to the hotel using public transportation. The hotel is a lovely area walkable to the Opera House and Albertina Museum. It has lovely shops and cafes to wander through. Hotel breakfast was delicious. I will definitely book this hotel again!

Perfect location - Stuffy room with no a/c
This is the most amazing location for visiting the sites in Vienna. It is directly on a historic square within easy walking distance of every major historical site. The hotel arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport and as it’s in a largely pedestrian area, I was grateful to not have a car. The staff was friendly and helpful with every need. I visited in September and the only fault is that they had turned off the air conditioning but it wasn’t disclosed. While trying to get the a/c going I only accomplished turning on heat, making an already stuffy room more uncomfortable. A small partial window opens to let in fresh air but the downside is voices from the street below. The lack of a/c is a minor inconvenience and I would absolutely com back to this location if traveling to Vienna again.

The location was great, but the hotel not so much the carpets in the room looked dirty. The sink drainer was missing and was only fixed the night before we left. The rooms need to be updated it was not very clean.
